To the advantage of our members our work in various committees and organisations allows us to take an active part in legislation at EU, German Federal and state law level. We are constantly available to our members to solve situations of conflict and represent our member companies through to the Federal Labour Court (Bundesarbeitsgericht) and Federal Social Court (Bundessozialgericht).
