Our wage policy commitment aims to maintain and improve competitive economic parameters for glass industry companies in Germany. We instigate forward-looking autonomous wage policies geared to occupation-specific requirements. Our member companies profit from a unique range of rates which allow for individually tailored contract completion. We maintain a constructive social partnership with the Industrial Union for Mining, Chemistry, Energy (Industriegewerkschaft Bergbau, Chemie, Energie, IGBCE). A polemic but consensual collaboration.
