BAGV GLAS+SOLAR is the association of the German glass and solar industry with regard to wages and social policies. In our function as an employers‘ association, it is our primary task to advocate, protect and nurture the interests of our members – focusing on wage agreement contracts and the pursuit of all concerns in social and industrial law. We put our hearts and minds into tailormade solutions for our affiliated companies, leading to a diversity in wage policies, which is unique to Germany.
